Assist prospective buyers by searching the MLS for properties that meet their search requirements
Set up personal accounts in the MLS so prospective buyers receive notification when properties that meet their search criteria come on the market
Prepare and negotiate offers and repair requests
Set up inspections and service providers to make agreed upon repairs
Work with lenders to ensure a smooth closing
Work closely with buyers from initial search to closing to ensure a smooth process
Stay available after the closing to continue to help with any specific needs

Meet with owners to determine the rent they should charge for their properties
